We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) send transactional emails and compliance alerts; (d) perform KYC/KYB verification; (e) generate AI-assisted compliance and audit analysis; (f) comply with legal obligations; and (g) communicate product updates and support information.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, email providers) under confidentiality obligations; (b) regulatory authorities when required by law; (c) identity verification and screening services for KYC/KYB compliance; and (d) successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition.
Data related to federal contracts, transactions, and compliance documentation uploaded to the Platform is treated as confidential business information. We do not share this data with government agencies unless legally compelled. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect sensitive contract data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Following account termination, we retain data for up to 7 years to comply with federal contractor recordkeeping requirements and applicable law. You may request deletion of your data subject to these retention obligations.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze Platform usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@responsefinance.net. We will respond within 30 days.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
